Hinoki Hibachi is a Colorado company specializing in outdoor hibachi experiences. We were founded in 2022, during a time when gathering together had become more meaningful—and more difficult—than ever.
Inspired by our guests’ warmth and their appetite for something joyful, we created a door-to-door hibachi service that brings the restaurant directly to the places people feel most at home. No crowded dining room. No rushed table. Just your guests, your private space, beautiful food, and a chef who turns dinner into a show.

Every Hinoki chef brings extensive professional kitchen experience. Our chefs come from China—home to one of the world’s richest culinary traditions—and share a deep respect for technique, timing, and hospitality.
Before serving guests, each chef completes a rigorous evaluation covering food safety, hibachi technique, service timing, guest interaction, and live performance. The result is a chef who can command the grill, care for every plate, and make every guest feel part of the celebration.
